How much can I expect to pay?
Each property is calculated differently. We consider the square footage of the exposed areas. We'll also determine if you have exposed porches, decks, parking spaces, stairs, a corner lot, among other factors before providing an estimate. The rate you are quoted is all you will pay the entire season. No surprise invoices for blizzards or heavy accumulation.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes we are. You will receive a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Is snow always cleared the same day?
Yes. We follow the City of Chicago guidelines for snow removal.
Do you offer unlimited snow removal for a flat rate?
Yes. You pay one fee all winter long and we come as many times as needed to keep your property clear the entire winter season.
Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied?
Yes. If we do not meet or exceed your expectations, you will receive a prorated or full refund depending on the circumstances of the refund request.
Do you use a trigger before you come out?
Once about a half inch accumulates we are already making rounds and clearing.
Do you clear the entire property or just the sidewalk?
The flat rate you pay covers the sidewalks, walkways, doors, stairs, exposed porches/decks, garage apron, parking spaces, and garbage bins. Your property may have all of these areas or just some. With the help of Google Satellite, we can determine all the spaces required to clear.
Do you service condos?
Yes. We provide service for condominium buildings and associations throughout Chicago. Everything from 2 to 5 condo units in a building, to 100+ condo units in a building. We have the manpower and equipment to accommodate your needs.
Is salt included in the flat rate?
Yes. The flat rate will include the cost of salt. Remember, no extra fees even if we have a very harsh winter.
Do you service HOAs?
Yes. We understand the importance of complying with HOA regulations and city ordinances, so we have a pro team ready to execute a game plan to keep your HOA in full compliance.
Do you plow commercial parking lots?
Yes. Our fleet can handle everything from 10 parking spaces to 1000. We help you stay within the city of Chicago ordinances for commercial sites.
What areas of Chicago do you serve?
North, northwest, west side, near southside, near Chicagoland burbs such as Oak Park, Cicero, Berwyn, Des Plaines, Evanston.
Do you offer zero tolerance black asphalt snow and ice management?
Yes. Especially in high-traffic areas where risk of injury and litigation are a real concern. We will come out for service as many times as you'd like the same day. The goal is dry concrete and asphalt at all times.
